Job summary

ICONMA is seeking a Phlebotomist II for our Kansas City, MO location. The role involves drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining a safe, professional patient environment.

You will explain procedures to patients and demonstrate leadership in process excellence and confidentiality. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 3 years phlebotomy experience, and data-entry skills, with preferred phlebotomy certification and medical assistant/paramedic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience required (3 years).
• Customer service in retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Represent the company professionally to patients and explain procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation of procedures.
