Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Twelve months of phlebotomy experience, training or national certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect patient specimens for diagnostic testing in a professional medical environment.
• Perform venipuncture, capillary puncture, PIVO, and throat swab collections across diverse care settings.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety regulations in inpatient and outpatient locations.
• Communicate procedures clearly to patients and families with empathy.
• Support growth and skill development through training, coaching, and participation in projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operation across multiple computer systems.
