Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months of phlebotomy experience or training; national certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy training or certification approved by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect patient specimens for diagnostic testing.
• Adhere to laboratory safety standards and PPE protocols.
• Communicate procedures with patients and families with empathy.
• Handle multiple computer systems and maintain clean work environment.
• Be available for on-call shifts and holiday rotations.
