Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Omaha, NE seeks Phlebotomist II to collect and process specimens, support diagnostic testing, and deliver compassionate patient service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

This role involves venipuncture, capillary, pediatric and geriatric collections, reliable documentation, and travel between patient service centers. Contingent with potential pathway for hire; schedule Monday–Friday plus rotating Saturday; pay $21.50-$23.05/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric techniques.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing per procedures.
• Verify demographics and specimen labeling for accuracy.
• Maintain records and protect patient confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional customer service and welcoming patient experience.
• Travel to and support multiple sites as needed.
