Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will collect blood specimens, support diagnostic testing, and ensure accurate labeling and patient care. The role emphasizes quality service and attention to detail across multiple collection sites.

The position offers a pay rate of $21.50–$23.05 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage. It is contingent with a pathway to hire and supports travel between locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred.
• Strong customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Keyboarding and data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric techniques.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing per procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and protect patient confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming patient experience.
• Travel to and support multiple centers or physician offices as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
