Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred; state-specific licensure may be required.
• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric/geriatric collections.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple locations and work weekends/holidays/on-call.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Conduct forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing per procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation.
