You will process specimens, verify patient information, and maintain confidential records while delivering exceptional patient care. Afternoon to early-evening schedule, with travel between centers as needed and a contingent pathway for potential hire.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong specimen collection, processing, and documentation skills
• Excellent patient communication abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Phlebotomy certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Collect high-quality blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Verify patient identification and specimen labeling to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain required records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience
• Perform specimen collection and processing duties with minimal supervision
• Travel between patient service centers and client locations as needed to support business needs
• Support a safe, professional, and efficient work environment
