• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily phlebotomy and related tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform venipuncture and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Verify patient demographic info, initials, and signatures post-venipuncture to ensure correct labeling.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate a patient-focused, professional image to patients and staff.
