Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a 2-month assignment in McLean, VA. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–12pm, with travel to multiple patient service locations as needed.

You will draw blood, prepare specimens, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation. Ideal candidates have three years of phlebotomy experience (pediatric/geriatric), strong customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Represent the company to patients and create a trustworthy, professional atmosphere.
• Explain procedures and perform phlebotomy in a safe, accurate manner.
• Verify patient demographics and proper labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
