Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our busy Patient Service Center (PSC) in Fredericksburg, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics
Handle high patient volume—approximately 35–40 draws daily at a site that sees around 150 patients per day
Work closely with one other phlebotomist as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team
Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
Provide support during specimen processing and data entry as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience required
Experience drawing blood from both pediatric and geriatric patients is required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the day
TB test and color vision screening required
Required vaccinations: Hepatitis B, MMR, T-DAP, Flu (if still on assignment during flu season), and Varicella
COVID-19 vaccine not required for this role
Training will be conducted at the same PSC location
