Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Phlebotomist II in Spring, TX. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational weekends. The role requires three years of phlebotomy experience and strong data-entry skills.

Pay starts at $20.80+ per hour and may include an annual bonus based on performance. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent; medical training or phlebotomy certification is preferred and may be required in certain states.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and OT.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per procedures including drug screens and biometric exams.
• Enter data accurately and verify orders with lab systems.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, transport prep.
• Maintain logs and complete training courses on time.
