Quest Diagnostics in Arnold, MO is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule with rotational weekends. Pay starts at $20.00 per hour with potential annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities include collecting specimens, administering solutions, and verifying orders using lab systems. The role requires three years of phlebotomy experience, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems and approved tools.
• Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.
