Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Pulaski, TN, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves collecting specimens, processing samples, and maintaining accurate data entry and billing records.

Qualifications

Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric/insurance exams.
Administer oral solutions according to training.
Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems and approved tools.
Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
Enter billing information and collect payments when required, following policies.
Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, preparing for transport.
