Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Pulaski, TN seeks a Phlebotomist II to join our team on a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation starts at $20.00+ per hour, with eligibility for annual bonus based on performance.

The role involves specimen collection, data entry, patient interaction, and maintaining compliance with lab procedures. A high school diploma is required; phlebotomy certification is preferred and three years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders and enter data in lab systems.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and compliance with policies.
• Perform non-patient duties: inventory, cleaning, phones, email.
