Quest Diagnostics in Kingsport, Tennessee is seeking a Phlebotomist II to collect specimens and manage testing workflows. The role requires accurate data entry, patient interaction, and adherence to procedures.

A minimum of three years phlebotomy experience and a high school diploma are needed, with phlebotomy certification preferred. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay range starting at $21.50+ per hour and eligibility for annual bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience and ability to navigate lab systems.
• Flexible and available for weekends, holidays, on‑call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures, including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Prepare, label, centrifuge and transport specimens as required by test orders.
• Enter data accurately and verify orders using lab systems and client communications.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs, assist with inventory and non‑patient duties as needed.
• Adhere to departmental policies and training requirements.
