Quest Diagnostics Inc. in Fairview, TN seeks a Phlebotomist II, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Pay starts at $21.50+ per hour with eligibility for annual bonuses. Role includes specimen collection, data entry, billing entry, and handling specimens per standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required.
• Strong data entry skills and accuracy.
• Excellent English communication and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client information.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments as required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport).
• Perform non-patient duties (inventory, stock, sanitation, filing, phones, emails).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and comply with policies and procedures.
• Assist with statistics/data submission when required.
• Complete training courses timely.
