Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Murray, UT is seeking a Phlebotomist II to collect specimens and perform related tasks in a Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM schedule. The role offers a pay range around $20.00+ per hour, with potential annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, data entry, verifying orders, and maintaining logs. Requires 3 years of phlebotomy experience and strong reliability, with a HS diploma and preferred phlebotomy certification.

Formación

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Responsabilidades

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams.
• Administer oral solutions according to established training.
• Research test/client information and confirm and verify orders using lab systems and approved tools.
• Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.
