Responsibilities

• Assist in performing phlebotomy duties, troubleshoot, train, and optimize workflows.
• Perform blood draws, label specimens, centrifuge, and manage maintenance data.
• Collect and store specimens per procedures, explain venipuncture process clearly.
• Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by test orders.
• Ensure specimens are transported and stored at required temperatures.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations and respond to inquiries about results.
