Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience and ability to navigate computer systems.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV and WA per local regs.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens following established procedures for tests and screenings.
• Enter data accurately and verify orders in lab information systems.
• Prepare specimens for transport, label, and maintain logs and records.
