Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our client's care team in Vancouver, WA 98686. This is a local contract with a 14-week duration and a 40-hour workweek (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, hours may vary).

The role involves venipuncture, specimen labeling and processing, patient identification verification, and HIPAA-compliant documentation across multiple sites, including potential travel to Portland, Beaverton, and Gresham.

Qualifications

• WA State phlebotomy license required.
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation for travel between sites.
• 2–4 years phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients.
• Label, collect, and process specimens while maintaining specimen integrity.
• Verify patient identification and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide phlebotomy support across PSCs, physician offices, and client locations.
• Deliver safe, compassionate patient care while working independently.
