Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in San Clemente, CA, working Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends. A state phlebotomy license is required.

Salary pay range is $25.30 - $30.15 per hour, with potential annual performance bonuses depending on company factors and individual performance. Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions according to established training.
• Research test/client information and confirm and verify all orders using lab systems.
• Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Process specimens including labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and preparing for transport.
• Perform non-patient facing duties including inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, and emails.
