Quest Diagnostics in Olathe, KS seeks a Phlebotomist II to join a Monday–Friday schedule 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with rotating Saturday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. The role offers a starting pay around $20 per hour plus potential bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Experience in phlebotomy (3 years) and data entry skills are required, with a focus on accurate specimen collection and lab system use.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric/geriatric/capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Process specimens for transport (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting).
• Perform non-patient duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, phones, email.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training timely.
