Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for Lufkin, TX, currently Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational weekends. The role includes specimen collection, data entry, and adherence to lab procedures.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays, overtime; reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (blood samples, drug screens, etc.).
• Prepare and label specimens for transport; ensure proper handling and documentation.
• Enter data accurately in lab information systems; verify orders and billing details.
• Assist with basic clerical duties and maintain logs and records as required.
• Read and follow departmental policies and procedures.
