Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks a Phlebotomist II in Cleburne, TX, working Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with rotational weekends. The role offers a pay range starting at $20.80 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits and eligibility for annual bonus compensation.

Required three years of phlebotomy experience, with strong data entry skills and flexibility for weekends. High school diploma or equivalent is required; phlebotomy certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Keyboard/data entry experience required
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams)
• Navigate computer systems and accurately enter data
• Obtain identification and enter billing information, collect payments per policy
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport)
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, supplies, sanitizing, filing, phones, email)
• Follow departmental policies, protocols and procedures
• Assist with statistics and data submission
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and training records
