The position is on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay range of $24.50 to $26.25 per hour. Comprehensive benefits and potential annual bonus eligibility accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and clean driving record if applicable.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stock, sanitizing, filing, phones, email.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and compliance with policies.
• Complete training courses timely.
