Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks a Phlebotomist II for Naches, WA, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. State phlebotomy license required; WA license noted. COVID-19 vaccination may be required; medical/religious exemptions possible with conditional offer.

Pay range is $20.05–$22.80 per hour, with eligibility for performance bonuses. Qualifications include three years phlebotomy experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred phlebotomy certification.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions according to established training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems and approved tools.
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required following corporate policies.
• Process specimens including labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and preparing for transport.
• Perform non-patient facing duties such as inventory, filing, and answering phones.
