Quest Diagnostics in Cleburne, TX is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our team. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with rotational weekends and a pay range of $22.35+ per hour.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, processing, data entry, and patient-related tasks within a fast-paced lab environment. Qualifications include at least three years of phlebotomy experience, data entry skills, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contacts.
• Navigate computer systems and accurately enter data.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information; collect payments when required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport).
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, emails).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training courses timely.
