Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Lake Worth, TX is seeking a Phlebotomist II to collect specimens for drug screens, biometric screenings, and insurance exams, Monday to Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with rotational weekends. The role requires at least three years of phlebotomy experience, strong data entry skills, and the ability to navigate lab software.

A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available for weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Research test/client information and confirm/verify orders using lab systems.
• Navigate computer systems and accurately enter data.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information, collect payments when required, following policies.
