Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Vienna, VA is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our team. The position runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends. A pay range of $23.20–$24.90 per hour is offered, with eligibility for annual bonus based on performance and company factors.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, data entry, order verification, and processing of specimens. The role requires 3 years of phlebotomy experience and a high school diploma, with phlebotomy

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard and data entry experience.
• Flexible scheduling with weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Enter billing information accurately and collect payments as required.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and transport preparation.
