Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Midlothian, VA, Monday to Friday, 8:00–5:00, with rotational weekends. The role involves collecting specimens, verifying orders, and entering data in lab systems.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures including drug screens and screenings.
• Prepare and process specimens for transport per test orders.
• Navigate lab systems to verify orders and input data accurately.
• Assist with inventory, sanitizing, and routine clerical tasks.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and comply with departmental policies.
