It is a contingent position with potential pathway for hire and a daytime, M-F schedule with occasional Saturday coverage. Pay rate begins at $22.35–$23.95 per hour, based on experience. Candidates should have 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience and be eligible to work in the US.

We're seeking an experienced phlebotomist who is confident working with patients of all ages, has specimen processing experience, and excels in a clinic-based environment.

Pay Rate: $22.35 - $23.95 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:30 PM; rotating Saturdays 7:00 AM-12:00 PM

• Collect blood specimens from pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with confidence and accuracy
• Verify patient demographics and accurately label specimens according to established protocols
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and maintain required documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service while explaining procedures and helping patients feel comfortable
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
• Support multiple collection sites and adapt to changing business needs when required
• Follow all safety, quality, confidentiality, and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong specimen processing and data entry skills
• Experience in a patient service center or clinic setting preferred
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
