Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) invites you to join a healthcare team as a Phlebotomist, providing compassionate service while supporting diagnostic testing across patient service centers. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections, label and process specimens, verify demographics, and maintain compliant records in a fast-paced environment.

Travel to multiple locations is required; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Strong pediatric phlebotomy experience required.
  • Customer service experience in healthcare or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections with skill and accuracy.
  • Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures.
  • Verify patient demographic information and obtain required patient acknowledgements to ensure specimen integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and professional experience for patients.
  • Travel to multiple Patient Service Center and/or physician office locations as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while working independently.

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

What We're Looking For
  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Strong pediatric phlebotomy experience required
  • Two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Strong customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment highly preferred
  • Keyboarding and data entry experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable
  • Flexibility to support staffing needs, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage as needed
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
