You will travel between patient service centers and in-office locations, perform venipuncture and other collection methods, and maintain precise records while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred.
• Excellent phlebotomy, specimen handling, and patient interaction skills.
• Strong customer service experience in a retail or service environment highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Keyboard and data entry experience.

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call schedules based on business needs
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
