Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist II to support a busy healthcare facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas. You will perform blood draws, label and process specimens, and ensure patient comfort while maintaining strict safety and confidentiality.
The role is a local contract with Monday–Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, for a 12-week assignment. A High School diploma, 1–3 years phlebotomy experience, and strong venipuncture skills are required. Customer service and basic data entry are essential.

Responsible for collecting blood specimens, processing samples for laboratory testing, and providing excellent patient service. Ensures accurate specimen handling while maintaining patient confidentiality and following established procedures.
