Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
As a Phlebotomist, you play a critical role in the patient experience by ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to exceptional service directly support quality diagnostic testing and patient care outcomes.
Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections
Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling accuracy
Obtain patient signatures after collection to confirm specimen labeling verification
Maintain required documentation and records in accordance with established procedures
Provide outstanding customer service while creating a safe, professional, and welcoming environment
Support specimen collection and processing activities while adhering to quality and safety standards
Travel to and support multiple patient service center and in-office locations as needed
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Strong specimen collection, processing, and patient interaction skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Keyboard and data entry experience
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or modified schedules based on business needs
Ability to meet compliance requirements
Competitive weekly pay at $25/hr
