Base pay range

$24.95/hr - $25.00/hr

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Elk River, MN! This is a 3 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: 14181 Business Center Dr NW, Elk River, MN 55330

Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Central Time)

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality venipuncture and capillary blood collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients
Accurately label and verify specimens with patient presence and signature
Adhere to all safety and compliance procedures while maintaining a clean, professional work environment
Maintain daily records and documentation
Travel and provide coverage to other locations with minimal notice as required
Communicate effectively with patients, supervisors, and team members

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: 3+ years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric & capillary)

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
