Responsibilities

  • Proficiently performs venipuncture and specimen collection for inpatients and outpatients of all ages.

  • Prepares and assists in processing blood and body fluid samples per guidelines.
  • Assists in orientation and training of phlebotomy staff and students.
  • Addresses customer requests for Laboratory services in a timely manner.
