Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist I in Beaverton, OR, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotational weekends. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exemptions considered after conditional offer.

Pay starts at $21.80 per hour, with potential annual bonus based on performance. The role requires high school diploma, phlebotomy certification preferred (CA/NV/WA), and one year phlebotomy experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or service environment.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Enter data accurately in computer systems.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information; collect payments as required.
