Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Seattle, WA is seeking a Phlebotomist I for a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends. A state phlebotomy license is required where applicable, and vaccination is required with potential exemptions reviewed after offer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures for drug screens, biometric screenings and exams.
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify test orders and client information using lab systems and approved tools.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required per policy.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep.
• Perform non-patient duties: inventory, cleaning, phones and email.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training timely.
