Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist I for our Pembroke Marion, OH location to draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing while following established procedures.

You will be the face of the site with patients, delivering care in a calm, professional manner. Under supervision, you will maintain accurate records and support daily operations with confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; 6 months phlebotomy experience.
• Customer service in retail/service environment preferred; data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients and draws quality blood samples.
• Prepares specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
• Explains procedures to patients and maintains patient trust and confidentiality.
• Maintains accurate records and supports daily operations under supervision.
