Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 6 months of phlebotomy experience needed.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company to patients entering the facility.
• Draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain a safe, accurate environment.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors and confidentiality of patient information.
• Maintains records and documentation under supervision and within established procedures.
