Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist I for the Tallmadge, OH location to join a medical research team. You will draw blood samples, prepare specimens for testing, and interact with patients professionally to ensure comfort and safety.

You will work under supervision, maintain accurate records, and follow established procedures. You will also role-model confidentiality, accuracy, and teamwork, with emphasis on data entry and patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 6 months of phlebotomy experience.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Phlebotomist I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing.
• Represents the company to patients and explains procedures to ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintains required records and documentation and follows established practices and procedures.
• Performs duties under the direction of the area supervisor with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintains a safe and professional environment and demonstrates organizational commitment.
