Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience; 1+ year preferred.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain a safe, confidential environment.
• Maintain records and documentation; perform duties under supervision.
• Work with scheduling to cover weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and focus on process excellence.
