Job summary

ICONMA is recruiting a Phlebotomist I for its Alhambra, CA location. The successful candidate will draw quality blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing, and explain procedures to patients with care and professionalism.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, California phlebotomy license, and at least 6 months of phlebotomy experience. Medical assistant or paramedic training is a plus; data entry and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy License required.
• 6 months of phlebotomy experience.
• State of Credentials Licenses Required: California License.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients during health routines or insights.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing following procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain a trustworthy, accurate environment.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality.
• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately, maintain records, and uphold professional standards.
