The candidate should have a CA CPT 1 license, at least 6 months of phlebotomy experience, and strong data-entry skills. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
• Drys blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing following established practices and procedures.
• Interacts with patients to explain procedures and collects blood in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.
• Demonstrates Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs daily activities accurately under the supervision of the area supervisor; maintains records and a professional environment.
