Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist I for first shift in Waterbury, CT. This onsite contract role pays $17–$21 per hour and runs for 3 months. The candidate will collect blood samples, label and prepare specimens for lab testing, and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include accurate record-keeping, adherence to procedures, and maintaining a professional environment. Weekend and holiday availability may be required as part of staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification required; certification may be required in certain states.
• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric needs.
