Billings Clinic is seeking a full-time Phlebotomist in Billings, MT. The incumbent collects and prepares specimens for laboratory analysis, ensuring patient comfort and specimen integrity.
Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and nursing staff, entering orders, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Minimum qualifications include Phlebotomy Certification or related experience, with on-the-job training available and preferred coursework in math and science.

The incumbent in this position is responsible for collecting and preparing specimens for laboratory analysis. Accurately obtains blood samples via venipuncture and capillary collection procedures with minimum patient discomfort. Ensures age-appropriate care is provided to patients from infant to geriatric. Ensures specimen integrity by following the laboratory’s procedures for specimen collection, handling, and processing. Promotes quality patient/client relations and creates supportive climate. Respects and maintains the confidentiality of information relative to the laboratory. Adheres to all laboratory policies and regulations.
This position may be eligible for a sign on incentive.
