Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' venipuncture experience in a lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing phlebotomy duties and specimen collection.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously to patients.
• Label, centrifuge, and prepare specimens per test orders.
• Ensure specimen integrity and proper storage/transport according to protocols.
• Attend required trainings and comply with OSHA and DEP regulations.
