The position operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with rotational weekends and offers a pay range of $24.00 to $24.50 per hour plus potential annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA/NV/WA.
• One year phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders in lab systems.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Obtain billing information and process payments when required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, preparing for transport).
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, email).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete trainings timely.
