Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure total operation compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
2. Maintain high customer service standards and positive donor experiences.
3. Keep work area clean and professional.
4. Review donor identification and maintain confidentiality.
5. Set up and prepare equipment for venipuncture and plasmapheresis.
6. Label units and samples accurately.
7. Perform venipunctures and plasma collection safely and effectively.
8. Operate automated plasmapheresis machines, respond to alarms, and document issues.
9. Monitor donor conditions, ensuring safety and plasma quality.
10. Handle biohazardous waste and maintain equipment.
11. Perform routine calibration and maintenance of machines.
12. Report unsafe situations to management.
13. Manage inventory and replenish supplies.
14. Assist in troubleshooting machine alarms and perform quality checks.
15. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• State-specific certification or licensing if required.
• At least 3 months of experience in healthcare preferred.
• Completed training documentation for duties.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to document accurately.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours.
